It’s Monday, bunnies, and we know it can be a little difficult at times to stay positive for the week.

So, here are a couple of reminders to keep you MOTIVATED:

1. DON’T STRESS
It’s easier said than done, but the key is persistence.  Make a note to yourself and make it visible.  At the end of the day, remind yourself of all you’ve accomplished and just try to take on your tasks one at a time.

2. WORK OUT
Exercising is important for your general well-being.  Are you at the top of your priority list?  Find a way to include some activity into your schedule — there’s always a way!

3. EAT WELL
Look up easy, healthy recipes on sites like Pinterest to help you out.  Eating well doesn’t have to be boring, expensive or time consuming.  Practice portion control and discipline when it comes to your meals.  Once your diet is healthier, you’ll feel more energized and ready to take on the day.

4. RELAX
Get a good amount of sleep and create a soothing atmosphere in your bedroom.  Burn some candles, play some music, do what you need to do to get back to your center.

5. REWARD
You’re a hard worker.  Reward yourself from time to time! Get a manicure, go out with your friends or indulge in some new buys.  The Beach Bunny “Unbridled” Set in black is not a bad place to start 😉
